At Charlie’s insistence, and despite my better judgment, at a snack shack in Stintino I ordered a horseburger for lunch. With every bit, I thought about Mr. Ed, the talking horse from my childhood. Equinothropomorphism? Or was it simply the lack of mustard and onions?
